How We Serve Our Community

Medical Outreach Program

KCC's Medical Outreach Program encompasses educational and community programs, in addition to referrals to medical services and specialty care. While KCC no longer sees patients directly in clinic, we are here to help you navigate the healthcare system and connect with the right providers.

Community Wellness Education

Health education programs focused on: diabetes awareness, obesity and healthy weight management, COVID-19 and infectious disease prevention, general health literacy, and preventive care and early detection.

Community Medical Resource Library

Located at 25 Commerce Road, our library is open to all residents. It offers health information, educational materials, and guidance to help community members make informed decisions about their health.

Healthcare Scholarship Program

Each year KCC awards scholarships to Newtown High School seniors pursuing healthcare careers. In 2024, KCC awarded $13,500 to four NHS seniors — honoring Kevin's memory while investing in the next generation.
